cast members are given service award pins to mark significant milestones in their service

pin is for 1 year of service to Disney and features a Mickey Head Globe with Green filling.
-style of service pin appears to come into use sometime in the 1970s.
-This style of 1 year service pin is retired and was replaced by Steamboat Willie Mickey sometime in the late 1980s or early 1990s.
- measures approximately 5/8 of an inch tall by 3/4 of an inch across.
-The service pin is in good to very good condition showing minor surface wear
